Yep – I have two, lol. Number 1 –
these are the best. Definitely save the day when it’s hot. When you are trying to watch calories. When you just want something light and sweet =)
And then there’s the squash. Yes, I am lovin’ me some squash these days and I’m not alone (Ronnie and Britt love, too).
So tonight I tried a casserole. Here’s the ingredients –
I steamed the squash and onion on the grill for a little bit –
then baked in the oven. YUM!
