That’s today. And I LOVE pancakes (along with a few others in my family). We won’t be joining the many at iHop but will be eating at home tonight. Yay…..some coffee, OJ, pancakes, eggs and hopefully some fresh bacon (If Ronnie makes the stop, ha).
