Last Tuesday was a very special day to acknowledge our teachers. Their hard work (after hours and weekends) sometimes goes unnoticed so it’s nice to have a special day (and even a week). What’s even better is that in about two years we will have a teacher in our family. It will be the first. It will be exciting. She will be awesome! And she gets lots of practice =)
Yes, she is just about half way there and will transition to Shepherd in the Fall. Where or where did the little girl go that used to beg teacher to bring home the extra papers and set up a chalk board and chairs for her pupils?! =)
Here’s to all the teachers that have made an impact on our children’s lives (and continue to do so) as well as those that our children didn’t have the opportunity to experience. Thanks for all you do!
