Today is National Tapioca Pudding Day!
We have tried the ‘cook’ kind and the ‘instant’ kind
and even bought some already made –
They are all ok but I think Ronnie would agree that there is no better Tapioca Pudding than that made by the Amish in Lancaster….yum.
