This week I travelled again for work but this time to Springfield, Illinois. It was a quick trip but not one without a little bit of fun and good food.
A co-worker and I decided after dinner one night to go shoe shopping – we fashioned 6 inch heels, haha….
But the best shoes we found were here

Evidently this is what made Springfield famous! It’s called a “horseshoe”…the bread is the shoe, meat is the hoof, fries are the nails and the yummy cheese sauce is the glue that holds it all together! Who woulda thunk? But oh my gosh, they were to die for!
